The best way to learn about our service is by taking a look at projects we have already successfully completed. The Case Studies show how we have gone about solving our clients' special requests in the past with specific examples. Be inspired for your event!

Since 1981 we have been working with well-known companies throughout Germany and Europe. For many years now our clients have trusted in the reliability and competence of mks for the design, coordination and arrangement of their exhibitions and events.
We would be delighted to send you further references on request.

Leading manufacturer of system solutions for windows, doors, facades and solar present their products framed with a food concept created by mks. "Using nature", which applies to SCHÜCO solar systems, also applied to the catering on the exhibition stand. The mks team mixed rustic elements such as tree discs, which were used as plates for the finger food, and sophisticated, colour and taste-intensive creations. Plus, as always, there was also a pinch of extra-creativity and flexibility á la mks; a special, but snappy mini birthday party for a colleague on the SCHÜCO stand.

The details:

  • Exclusive finger food served by our on-site chef
  • Canapés of freshly-made bread served on tree discs
  • Stand party for 250 people: a cosy get-together with currywurst (on environmentally-friendly porcelain dishes) and draught beer
  • Fitting out the kitchen and counter with appliances and crockery
  • Drinks provisions

With the help of our people we were able to bring to life an extraordinary stand concept, among other things, for our client EATON at the Hannover exhibition. As well as promotion, service, kitchen and bar staff, welcomemanagers and dance hosts were also part of the mks team for EATON. Together with the mks DJ, mks provided the beat for the automation and clothing that matched the company and stand colours. Themed catering was served with freshly hand-prepared finger food and soups, which left lasting impressions on the stand visitors.

It's difficult to find another exhibition that combines aesthetic products and such a high male participation rate as what Fensterbau does. For our client PROFINE, one of the leading manufacturers of uPVC window systems, 50 beautiful hostesses caught the eye of visitors, true-to-style and wearing PROFINE corporate clothing. We were also able to prove our flexibility through this project, as we organised around 30 people within 24 hours for a short-notice trade evening and did so while the exhibition was running.

For Bauforum Stahl we were able to take care of information, service, kitchen and bar with people from mks. The mks catering team was assigned responsibility for the flying buffet. The saxophonist band, assembled by mks, was a special feast for all eyes and ears.

A worldwide brand like Nestlé Schöller conjures up one image, namely, it had to shine. For exactly this reason, the hosts and hostesses were dressed in simple black and white and took on their duties as welcome managers, ice-cream servers, costume promotion, frozen yoghurt ladies, snack preparation, service, logistics, bar and kitchen staff with a beaming smile and the proverbial mks friendliness.

Responsiblity for 250 hosts and hostesses. Taking care of stand services and looking after guests for 14 clients.

Providing electricity, managing data and controlling energy. A building infrastructure without products from the Sauerland electricity engineering manufacturer is hardly conceivable. At the industry exhibition OBO Bettermann attended with a two-storey exhibition stand with various different service areas. In accordance with the mks philosophy, "market communication extending to clients' palates," our catering concept provided more than 1,000 meals daily which were created around regional Sauerland specialities, from the original Sauerland Bockwurst sausage to Warsteiner Pils lager.

The details:

  • Stand hospitality
  • Press conference support
  • Flower decoration in company colours for tables, counters and bars
  • Stand party with more than 550 participants

When one of the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers in the world presents their newest innovation at the IAA, it has to be unusual. And that's exactly how it was. 50 mks hostesses and hosts took responsibility for promotion, service, foreign language service and VIP treatment. The team, kitted out in clothing from the mks collection and shirts from Scania clothing, were very persuasive with their typical warm stand atmosphere and presented SCANIA products with their passion for communication. In fact, the mks catering concept for the SCANIA VIP Lounge was a success with creative finger food, delicious croissants, fresh bagels and pretzels and much more. All served from the mks fully equipped kitchen, including crockery and glasses with the full service. Moreover, for this exhibition project mks didn't just organise for the hostess outfits to be cleaned overnight but also all of the rest of the stand staff because a perfect event requires impeccable appearance.

A worldwide leader in the plastics industry and one of the largest manufacturers of polymers used the K 2013 to entertain contacts on their high-quality stand. The recurrent theme "Amazing then - Amazing now" was put into practice by the mks team with unexpected delicacies. The finger food, which was freshly-produced on stand, was paired with wine and Prosecco and provided a real taste sensation.

Our promotional teams have been taking care of the national tasting campaign for RAUCH fruit juices for the last three years, in retailers and at trade exhibitions. Around 2,500 workdays are organised centrally, including the logistics and ordering of promotional clothing. Detailed event reporting is particularly appreciated as it gives the client the opportunity to make fine adjustments while the campaign is running. Such reporting contains photos, sales figures and extensive progress feedback.

We have been taking care of the JIM BEAM roadtrip with our promotional teams for the last two years. The team toured the whole of Germany on a legendary Greyhound bus for five months. Accompanied by good vibrations, competitions, merchandise items and the newest products for all JIM BEAM fans. This was a project in which the mks promotional department was involved in the creation from an early stage and made the promotional team ready for JIM BEAM communication requirements with individual coaching sessions.

Cold coffee? No, cold tea - aromatic, fresh and with surprising flavours. It must be experienced. That's the subject of the MILFORD Roadshow, which was made a reality for the second time in 2013. The large summer event was supported by promoters. In a total of 20 German cities, our ten member team refreshed and delighted guests with cold teas at the different events (festivals, town celebrations, etc.).

A former cult brand is revived: RICHMODIS. In 2013 the Kölsch brand celebrated their resurgence with a two-month roadshow in Cologne and the surrounding areas. The beer, brewed exclusively for the REWE supermarket group, returned to the hearts of Cologne locals with tasting samples and offers. In front of more than 70 REWE supermarkets in and around Cologne, the mks promotional team revived the cult brand. This was a full service from us including logistics, promotional stands, reporting after every event with photos, sampling figures and extensive feedback. The success focused attention on us but more importantly it really focused the attention on RICHMODIS and REWE.

Extraordinary cars for extraordinary people. The core brand of Citroen is always changing its look and feel in the French company's corporate and sales events. For more than nine years, mks has been taking care of all events and campaigns within Germany. This includes dealer training, market introductions and promotional campaigns, e.g. operations for "Multicity", which is a car-sharing campaign in Berlin from Citroen, or at exclusive events like PYRONALE, etc.

A summer of festivals is a VODAFONE summer. That's what the mobile phone provider communicated in the summer of 2012 with sampling campaigns, among other things, at four different festivals in Germany. 40 promoters deal with the distribution of SIM cards and competition slips at each sampling campaign. Additionally, VODAFONE demonstrated its entire range of products in its home city of Düsseldorf with a three-week long sampling campaign. The promoters we used took on a special, three-day training course in order to be able to deliver complex product consultation.

The beaver is back. ...and there are thirty of them; at least at the opening of one of the largest German OBI stores in Munich. More than 30 specially-selected cast members (with dance experience) drove through Munich on board a double-decker bus. At every stop, the beavers ensured laughter, astonishment and applause on the streets of Munich with their special dance choreography. Afterwards, hearts made from gingerbread were distributed by promoters in traditional Bavarian dress (dirndl-style dresses and lederhosen) as a reminder of the opening. The Bavarian beaver style added vibrancy and a stark talking point in the opening weeks.

The METRO group concept store opened its doors in Cologne in 2013. With our promoters, we supervised the construction with personnel for eight months regarding storage/shelf maintenance, tills and information counters, scheduling of goods and much more. Our teams were actively working both day and night - sometimes up to 20 of them. The selection of personnel (with health reports) and continual support by mks ensured that operations ran smoothly.
